Belonging to the rural belts of Murshidabad we realized that the community people were severely deprived of availing proper healthcare facilities and education which is the backbone of a constructive society. This realization inspired us to start ‘Murshidabad Clinical Lab Private Limited Company’ in the Murshidabad district in 2017.

That dream, once a mere whisper in the wind, took shape with the unwavering dedication of my dear friend, Md. Sabiruzzaman. Together, we gave life to Murshidabad Clinical Lab Private Limited, a beacon of hope born from our joint venture in partnership with the Department of Health, Government of West Bengal. Through the PPP model (Public-Private Partnership), we bridged the chasm between necessity and accessibility, ensuring that healthcare and education were no longer distant mirages, but tangible realities.

Growing up in the vibrant yet often overlooked corners of West Bengal, I, MD Sarjeman Shaikh, learned early that the greatest struggles are not always loud—they unfold silently in homes where dreams are dimmed by lack of opportunity. From a young age, I saw the resilience of my people, their quiet strength in the face of hardship. It stirred in me a purpose—not just to rise, but to raise others along the way. I envisioned a future where no mother would walk miles for basic care, where every child would have a chance to learn, to live, and to lead. That vision found its roots in action through Murshidabad Clinical Lab Private Limited, a mission born not from ambition, but from compassion. Alongside my trusted companion, Md. Sabiruzzaman, and in collaboration with the Department of Health, Government of West Bengal, we embraced the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model—not merely as a business framework, but as a bridge. A bridge between despair and dignity. Between dreams and delivery. Today, what began as a shared hope stands as a symbol of service. Our work is not done—but with every life touched, we move closer to the future we once imagined: a future where care, education, and opportunity reach every corner of our community.

Growing up in the rural belt of Bengal, I saw how the people in these areas faced several barriers while availing proper healthcare facilities which are critical for a population's overall well-being. I always dreamt of providing adequate healthcare and education facilities for the healthy future and growth of my community people. I witnessed how difficult it was for rural people to receive preventive screening for any diseases. This made me decide to provide them with medical facilities that can lead to early detection and treatment of any disease. When I realized that people in this area are receiving unstable healthcare services, I decided to step on a journey with my friend Mr. Rintu Chakrabarty and formed ‘Murshidabad Clinical Lab Private Limited Company, a joint venture with support from the Department of Health, Govt. of West Bengal.
